This seminar will address the question, “What can the church learn from the thousands of churches that close their doors every year?” By and large we see a common denominator being a lack of investment in youth.  Is the church retaining the youth that have come up through the church?  God instituted the church with the intent that it multiply itself by discipleship.  There is no shortcut or magic pill for discipleship.  Our youth who come to church have been left to “play” while the adults do the “important work” of church. The problem is that our children and youth ARE the important work! Is there more that the church should be doing to reach them besides Sunday school, VBS and Junior church? This seminar will focus on the key to making a lasting impression on our children and youth–building meaning relationships.
